About

I am a photographer based in the Cologne/Bonn area.

I came to photography while living in Shanghai for three years. It was there that I began photographing life on the streets with my first camera. The new cultural environment sharpened my eye for people, spaces and small details.

In March 2025, I completed my photography studies at the Cologne Academy of Photography, graduating with a diploma.

My work focuses on fashion & art, documentary and portrait photography. I like the balance between concept and intuition, clear ideas as much as experimental work. Some images turn out exactly as I planned; at other times, I deliberately allow them to surprise me. I find both equally compelling.
